Welcome to the official website of Camy’s Chargrill Chicken. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, ordering our food, and participating in our promotions. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before continuing.
Camy’s Chargrill Chicken operates restaurants across Australia, serving Chargrilled chicken, burgers, wraps, salads, and sides. Our website is provided to showcase our menu, share updates and allow customers to place catering orders. You must be at least 16 years old to order online. We expect all visitors to use the site for lawful purposes only and to avoid any action that disrupts its operation, compromises security, or interferes with its content.
Online ordering is offered for pick up only. Whereas our catering is offered for pick up and delivery. Delivery may be limited. Menu items, prices, and availability can vary between locations and may change without prior notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation either on screen or by email. Delivery services may be fulfilled by third-party partners, and their own terms and conditions will apply.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the methods available at checkout. If your payment is declined, we will not be able to process your order. While we take care in the preparation of our food, our kitchens handle common allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, sesame, and seafood, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free. Customers with allergies should inform us before placing an order.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or vouchers. Each offer will be subject to its own specific rules, which apply in addition to these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, only one offer may be used per order, and we reserve the right to withdraw or update any promotion without notice. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold.
Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins. If you believe an order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
All content on this website, including menus, images, branding, text, and design elements, is owned by Camy’s Chargrill Chicken or licensed for our use. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent. Our site may include links to external websites for your convenience, but we are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this site, our products, or our services, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Loyalty App T&C's
Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Camy’s Loyalty App (“App”), including the earning and redemption of points, rewards, and promotional offers.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility & Account Use
- The App is available to individuals who download it via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Users must create an account to participate in the loyalty program.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- Camy’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
Earning Points
- Points are earned on eligible in-store purchases at participating Camy’s locations.
- Points will be credited to the user’s account at the time of transaction, subject to system processing.
- Points will not be awarded for cancelled transactions, refunds, or non-qualifying purchases.
- Camy’s reserves the right to change how points are earned, including the earn rate, at any time without prior notice.
Redemption of Points & Vouchers
- Points may be redeemed for vouchers and rewards available within the App.
- Current standard redemption is 200 points = $10 voucher, subject to change.
- Vouchers must be redeemed via the App prior to purchase and presented in-store or scanned at kiosks at the time of transaction.
- Vouchers are valid for dine-in and takeaway only unless otherwise stated.
- Points and vouchers are not transferable, cannot be shared between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution.
- Camy’s reserves the right to refuse redemption where there is suspected misuse or where technical issues prevent validation.
Expiry & Availability
- Points, vouchers, and rewards may be subject to expiry as specified within the App.
- Availability of rewards may vary by location and is subject to stock availability.
- Camy’s does not guarantee that all rewards will be available at all times or at all locations.
Technical Issues & App Availability
- Camy’s does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.
- Camy’s is not responsible for any loss of points, rewards, or offers due to technical issues, system errors, connectivity problems, or device incompatibility.
- In the event the App is unavailable, suspended, or discontinued, users may lose access to points and rewards.
- Camy’s is not liable for any inability to redeem points or offers due to system downtime or technical faults.
Program Changes & Termination
Camy’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, App, or any associated features at any time without prior notice.
This includes changes to:
- Points earning rates
- Redemption values
- Available rewards
In the event the program is discontinued, any unused points or rewards may be cancelled without compensation.
Points and rewards hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camy’s will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or loyalty program.
Camy’s is not responsible for:
- Loss of points or rewards
- Unauthorised account access
- Errors in point allocation
- Store closures or changes affecting redemption
Store Participation
- Participation in the loyalty program and promotions may vary between locations.
- Camy’s reserves the right to exclude certain stores or locations from participation at any time.
General Conditions
- The App must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Camy’s reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
$10 Camy’s Special Burger T&C's
- The $10 Camy’s Special Burger promotion is available exclusively through the Camy’s Loyalty App from May 1st to May 15th 2026.
- The offer is valid for one Camy’s Special Burger only.
- Any additional items or add-ons will incur an extra cost.
- The offer is available for dine-in and takeaway only and is not valid for online orders or delivery platforms.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Camy’s reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
